Duties

• Manage Federal OSHA litigation, including inspection procedures and citation contests.
• Conduct discovery and apply knowledge of OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of OSHA litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership.
