Duties

• Work closely with securities and finance lawyers in the firm.

• Contribute to and manage complex transactions with a focus on tax implications.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in tax law.
• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.
• Experience in public finance or other transactional tax experience is beneficial.

Education

• LL.M. in Taxation is required.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
