Duties

• Defend clients in high-profile antitrust litigation and multi-district proceedings.
• Represent clients before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general in conduct and merger investigations.

• Develop and deliver compliance programs and training sessions for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of substantive antitrust experience in a leading practice.
• Strong writing, analytical, litigation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience engaging with the FTC and DOJ is preferred.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously with sound business judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
