Duties

  • Serve as lead counsel on divorce, custody, support, post-judgment, dependency, domestic violence, and high-asset cases.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, evidentiary proceedings, and trials.
  • Communicate case strategy, options, and updates clearly with clients.
  • Develop and execute tailored litigation strategies.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
  • Work closely with paralegals, staff, and external experts.

Requirements

  • Extensive Florida family law experience with strong litigation background.
  • Significant courtroom and trial experience.
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar license.
