Duties

• Manage all aspects of defense litigation from initial response to jury verdict.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including document and information gathering.
• Conduct legal research on relevant defense litigation issues.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations.
• Engage actively in all aspects of litigation management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Texas and in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in medical malpractice preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
