Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with supervising shareholders.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Draft and respond to discovery and develop a discovery plan.
• Develop and execute a litigation plan of action.
• Communicate with clients and prepare client reports.
• Conduct trial appearances, depositions, mediations, and court hearings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Ability to handle an active trial docket.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
