Duties

• Engage directly with clients, experts, and co-counsel.
• Oversee multiple matters and deadlines with precision.
• Provide analysis on coverage, fiduciary duties, and legal malpractice issues.
• Support and supervise junior attorneys and litigation teams.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license or ability to obtain promptly.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience; trial or arbitration experience preferred.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, or professional malpractice is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong client-service mindset.

Education
