Duties

• Support capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to deliver practical legal solutions.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with securities laws, capital markets transactions, and public company representation.
• Background in equity and debt offerings preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Texas or eligibility for admission.
