Duties

• Handle post-trial motions, including motions for new trial and JNOVs.
• Draft and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs in Texas courts.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• Experience in Texas appellate practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
