Structured Finance Attorney
The candidate should have 4+ years of experience. Strong background in structured finance and securitization transactions is preferred. Should be detail-oriented with a strong academic background, excellent analytical ability and writing skills and will be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative and the ability to work effectively as a contributing member within a team of lawyers. New York Bar membership or eligibility is preferred. Will work with a team of lawyers in a busy national taxable and tax-exempt structured finance practice, involving a wide range of asset classes, complex transaction structures and projects throughout the country. Should include significant interaction and communication with clients who include investment banks, issuers, servicers, administrators and investors. Should have a primary role in drafting transaction documents and negotiating transaction terms and documentation with opposing counsel and other transaction parties. Relocation is preferred.
