Duties

• Review and negotiate service contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Current membership in the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
