We seek a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team in Arizona.

Our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Team confronts a wide range of disputes, including professional liability, complex auto and comprehensive general liability claims; directors’ and officers’ liability policies; disputes among insurers in continuing loss scenarios; environmental damage claims, such as mold and toxic torts; first and third party claims; and intellectual property claims.

As a Manning | Kass litigation attorney, you'll analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies, communicate proactively with clients, and represent them in litigation proceedings such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2-6 years of civil litigation experience, with a JD from an accredited law school and good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Sufficiently versed in the intricacies of insurance law to draft policy language
• Must have experience with personal injury defense
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in researching, analyzing, taking, and defending depositions, and handling cases are essential, with excellent writing and communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to case analysis.
