Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission in good standing to practice law in New York.
  • Three to five years of experience in private equity transactions, preferably at a large law firm.
  • Experience representing private equity and strategic investors.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and securities compliance in private equity deals.
  • Familiarity with legal AI tools and platforms for efficient transaction handling.
  • Proficient in legal writing, negotiating terms, and performing detailed analyses.
  • Able to self-manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
