Duties

• Manage a docket of family-based, waivers, naturalization, and humanitarian cases.
• Participate in removal defense and federal litigation after necessary training.
• Appear before Department of Homeland Security agencies and possibly other courts.
• Maintain strong client relations and case management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in immigration law.
• Barred in the highest court of any state in the U.S.; Georgia Bar preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• Fluency in Spanish or another language preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the highest court of any state in the U.S.
