Duties

• Guide clients through estate planning from initial interview to execution.
• Structure charitable organizations and ensure compliance.
• Manage estate planning with irrevocable trusts.
• Prepare and review estate and gift tax returns.
• Conduct post-mortem trust administration and advise fiduciaries.
• Engage in business development and networking activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm Trusts & Estates group.
• California bar membership required.
• Proven ability to manage a busy practice independently.
• Interest in contributing to the firm's success and mentoring junior members.

Education

• J.D. required; Tax LL.M. is a plus.

Certifications

• California bar membership.
