Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises pre-suit attorney with at least 1 year of personal injury or premises liability experience. The candidate will report to the premises pre-suit operations manager. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work. Complete the flip-to-litigation approval for viable cases. Guide clients through the lifecycle of the case. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete turndown approval for viability issues. Oversee the formation of demand packages and settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of multiple case managers. Focus on premises liability cases throughout the state of Florida. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. Handle examinations under oath, recorded statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required. Report regularly to the premises pre-suit operations manager. Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
