Position Overview:
We are hiring an Associate Attorney passionate about immigration justice. Join a dedicated team representing clients before USCIS, EOIR, and ICE. Support comes from trained paralegals and admin staff to help you focus on advocacy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full caseload with mentorship and training
- Conduct research and draft motions, affidavits, briefs
- Handle hearings and prepare clients
- Provide consultations and legal advice
Minimum Qualifications:
- JD and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Immigration experience a plus, not required
- Spanish fluency preferred
