Duties

• Represent local governmental entities in various legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance on compliance with the Sunshine Law and Public Records Law.
• Serve as attorney for local government boards.
• Collaborate with clients to address and resolve legal issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience representing local governmental entities.
• Familiarity with local government laws, including the Sunshine Law and Public Records Law.
• Preferred: Florida Bar Board Certification in City, County, and Local Government Law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
