Duties

• Supervise and manage litigation cases effectively.

• Conduct depositions and trials as first-chair when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Additional licensure in Montana, Utah, or Michigan is a plus.
• Experience in oil and gas matters preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar membership.
