Duties

• Represent clients in EOIR court and USCIS cases.
• Draft motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Conduct case management and legal research.
• Maintain a caseload of 150+ cases.

Requirements

• License to practice law in California preferred.
• 1-3 years of immigration law experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• License to practice law in California.
