Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal cases from arraignment through trial

• Draft and file legal documents including motions and appeals

• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis

• Negotiate plea deals and settlements with opposing parties

• Provide strategic legal counsel and advice to clients throughout the case

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of attorneys and staff to develop case strategies

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in New York

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
