A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its team in Burbank, CA. The position is ideal for newly barred attorneys or those who have recently taken the Bar exam. The role involves managing a docket of cases and working closely with a Senior Associate, supported by a team of paralegals and support staff.

Duties

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
• Handle invoicing related to depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and move matters towards resolution.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
