Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct detailed legal research and compose supporting memoranda

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings

• Attend and represent clients in court appearances, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Guide clients through all aspects of litigation, including preparation for court proceedings

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop litigation strategies and case management plans

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar

• Demonstrated litigation experience (civil preferred)

• Skilled in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy

• Familiarity with trial preparation and litigation support tasks

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational capabilities

• Clear and persuasive communication in both written and spoken forms

• Client-focused approach with professionalism in all interactions
