Duties

• Represent biotechs and health technology companies in licensing patents.
• Collaborate on advancing novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.
• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in licensing and commercial partnering transactions.
• Substantial law firm experience in the life sciences and health technology sectors.
• Superior academic credentials and contract drafting capabilities.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar admission or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex contracts.
