A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. The successful candidate will work within the Affordable Housing & Real Estate Practice Group, focusing on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Duties

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in financing transactions.
• Assist in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Engage in real estate leasing, development, and management activities.
• Handle debt and equity financings for commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

Requirements

• Two to eight years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Working knowledge of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• California State Bar admission is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in real estate finance and transaction documentation.
