Duties

• Manage development and leasing for office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Conduct closings, title, survey, and due diligence projects.
• Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Admission to Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar.
• Financing experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
