A law firm in White Plains, NY, is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney to join its family law practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive courtroom experience and demonstrate a proven ability to handle high-stakes family law cases with professionalism and finesse. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and other related areas.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and maintain ongoing communication.
• Manage all aspects of a case from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in family law and courtroom litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
