Duties

• Independently handle an active caseload with minimal supervision.
• Take and defend depositions, including those of parties and experts.
• Prepare complex pleadings and motions, such as petitions, answers, and motions for summary judgment.
• Draft and argue motions before a trial court.
• Engage in regular client communications.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to take on new projects and learn quickly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Missouri and Kansas.
