Duties

• Handle all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Conduct discovery and manage appeals.
• Manage bankruptcy and transactional cases.
• Participate in arbitration and trial proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate and commercial experience.
• Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
