The candidate will negotiate, draft, review, manage, and advise on a wide variety of contracts including commercial vendor contracts, complex strategic partnerships, and membership-related agreements. Collaborate with business units to mitigate risk and respond to business challenges and opportunities. Conduct legal research, provide advice, and present recommendations on various legal and business issues. Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Provide ongoing compliance support with respect to consumer-facing aspects of the company’s product offerings. Stay up-to-date and advise stakeholders on relevant industry standards. Keep abreast of current and pending changes in law potentially impacting the business.
