Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies

• Draft high-quality legal documents including motions, discovery requests, and pleadings

• Represent clients effectively at depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Manage a full caseload independently, ensuring timely and accurate case handling

• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop strategic legal solutions

• Work efficiently under deadlines and periods of high pressure

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation

• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated success managing multiple active cases

• Willingness and ability to meet billable hour requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
