Location:

• Dallas, TX

Duties:

• Analyze FOIA-received immigration files to assess potential forms of relief

• Conduct comprehensive screenings of client immigration histories

• Provide clear, actionable recommendations regarding next legal steps

• Prepare organized internal documentation summarizing case analysis

• Maintain current knowledge of immigration regulations and case types

• Collaborate with legal assistants and other attorneys to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy

• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law

• Experience with legal analysis and case strategy in immigration matters

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple case files efficiently

• Strong understanding of FOIA processes and immigration record interpretation

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Attention to detail and highly organized file review capability

• Familiarity with family-based immigration, asylum, removal defense, and related areas
