Duties

• Represent emerging companies and venture capital clients in complex transactions.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters.
• Collaborate with technology companies to address legal needs.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant corporate practice experience.
• Experience with venture capital and emerging companies.
• Mergers & acquisitions experience required.
• Active bar membership in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.
