Help to manage individual attorney calendars which could include scheduling meetings, and conference calls
Completing intake forms for new clients
Open and maintain client files
Provide clerical support to the attorneys and paralegals
Be trained to coordinate the monthly client billing process
Provide backup overflow assistance to legal secretaries, as needed
Requirements:
Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent word processing skills and intermediate-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software, including electronic document management systems
Experience using attorney timekeeping and document management systems a plus
Familiarity with basic online resources
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
