The candidate will assist in the preparation of pleadings and motions. Will review title abstracts and loan documents. Court appearances for motions, conferences, and mediations. Legal research and writing. Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and Court personnel, among others. General litigation. Must be Admitted to practice in North Carolina. Being admitted to practice in other states is a plus. Should preferably be a career-oriented professional with a desire to represent or experience in representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions and/or title proceedings. Creditor-side bankruptcy experience is a plus, as is litigation experience. Should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume workload is required.
