Duties

• Manage secured and unsecured lending transactions.
• Handle fund financings and acquisition financings.
• Work on leveraged finance deals and bridge loans.
• Engage in syndicated and bilateral financings.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit.
• Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong academic credentials from law school.
• Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
