Duties

• Manage high-net-worth trust and estate planning and administration.
• Advise on Florida state and federal tax laws.
• Develop tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.
• Engage in succession planning and lifetime giving.
• Participate in community activities in Boca Raton and/or West Palm Beach.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in private client matters.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current member of the Florida state bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar membership.

Skills

• Proficiency in estate and income taxation issues.
• Experience with charitable giving and retirement asset planning.
