Duties

• Independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
• Delegate document drafting tasks to paralegals.
• Review and finalize draft estate plans before client meetings.
• Track billable time and collaborate with bookkeeping for timely billing.
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Provide personalized attention to clients with professionalism.

Requirements

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
• 2+ years of work experience with estate planning.
• 1+ years of work experience with probate administration.
• Accept a background check.

Education

• LL.M. in tax preferred.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.

Skills
