Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and trial work.
• Engage in factual investigation, case management, and oral advocacy.
• Adapt to new practices and procedures as the firm grows.
• Assist with general requests.

Requirements

• Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy caseload.
• Proficiency in legal research software (Westlaw).
• At least 2 years of experience representing clients in a law firm.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid work ethic.
• Self-motivated with a drive for personal and professional growth.
• Organized and meticulous with work product.
• Proficiency with case management technology, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
