Duties

• Identify and resolve complex title issues.
• Research and analyze delinquent tax office records.
• Prepare legal pleadings related to quiet title actions.
• Conduct in-depth public record research.
• Present cases in court related to quiet title actions.
• Perform legal research and offer practical legal solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities.
• Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
