Duties

• Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Draft and negotiate residential real estate contracts.
• Handle real estate closings, including document preparation and title searches.
• Manage commercial acquisitions, sales, and financing.
• Act as examining counsel in residential and commercial closings.
• Manage and organize paralegal workload.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Minimum of five years of experience, ten years preferred.

Education

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
