Duties

• Assist in negotiating settlements and agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including paralegals and senior attorneys.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Experience in immigration, family, and criminal law.
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
