Location

Duties

• Lead and manage litigation files from inception through resolution

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Collaborate with team members, including partners, associates, and paralegals

• Report regularly to clients both in writing and verbally

• Participate in case strategy development and execution

• Handle discovery, including depositions and document production

• Support trial preparation and attend trial proceedings as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience

• Prior experience in general liability and complex litigation preferred

• Experience handling depositions and motion practice required

• Second-chair trial experience a plus

• Strong ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington

• Member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
