A well-established and highly regarded plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. This position is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation or personal injury experience who is ready to handle a full caseload and contribute to meaningful client advocacy. Location:

• Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, government negligence, and related matters

• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and engage in motion practice

• Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation

• Draft settlement demands and assist with pre-litigation negotiations

• Collaborate with team members to build strong cases and ensure quality representation

• Advocate zealously for injured clients to secure maximum compensation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in personal injury law or general litigation

• WSBA membership in good standing

• No history of disciplinary issues

• Ability to manage cases independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment

• Readiness to take over and advance active case files from day one

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State
