Associate Labor amp Employment Chicago Office

Profile

Vedder Price is seeking a mid-level associate (4th to 7th year) to join its Labor & Employment Group in the Chicago office. Candidates must have 4-7 years of labor and employment experience, management-side law firm experience, and employment litigation and case management experience.

Experience with wage/hour, employment class action and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation matters is preferred. Candidates must have strong research and brief writing skills and deposition experience (taking and defending) is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.
