Duties

• Manage caseload involving litigation and transactional matters.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts, including vendor contracts and purchase and sale agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and compliance.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case, transaction, and client matters.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on business and real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed with the California State Bar.
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education

Certifications

• Licensed with the California State Bar.
