Duties:

• Meet with clients to assess their legal needs and provide expert legal guidance.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain detailed case files and provide regular updates to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Family Law preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed member of the Utah State Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Utah Bar license in good standing (required).
