Duties:

• Oversee a docket of approximately 30–50 active litigation files from intake through resolution

• Conduct legal consultations in civil disputes, including real estate issues, business conflicts, defamation, and general claims

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related documents

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as necessary

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate case strategy and procedural tactics

• Conduct legal research to support case development and filings

• Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines, and ensure court rule compliance

• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience

• Ability to handle a litigation caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• High level of organization and attention to procedural details

• Demonstrated ethical judgment and professional integrity

• Commitment to continued growth in litigation practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Utah State Bar
