Duties

• Represent employers in labor and employment law, including compliance and workplace investigations.
• Conduct internal investigations into employee complaints and regulatory compliance issues.
• Draft and update employment-related documents, such as handbooks and agreements.
• Handle employment litigation matters involving insurance coverage.
• Perform legal research and monitor changes in labor and employment laws.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and business support professionals.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Experience with counseling clients on labor and employment laws.
• Understanding of federal and state labor and employment laws.
