Duties:

• Manage a varied caseload, including complex individual plaintiff cases and large-scale legal proceedings like MDLs and JCCPs

• Independently take depositions and argue motions

• Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity

• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team and participate in strategic decision-making

• Engage in continuous legal research and maintain an understanding of evolving legal standards in sexual assault and trauma practice

• Contribute to the firm's growth by building client relationships and providing effective legal guidance

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of litigation experience

• Active CA Bar Admission

• Strong background in plaintiff litigation, particularly in trauma and sexual assault cases

• Excellent writing skills and legal research abilities

• Proven ability to take depositions and argue motions independently

• Strong problem-solving and case management skills

• Commitment to the firm's mission-driven work and values

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California Bar

Skills:
